The only exceptions are rare legal or safety situations, which your therapist will go over with you during your first session.

Yes! Many of our therapists offer secure, virtual therapy sessions so you can access support from anywhere in Manitoba. Whether you’re at home, at the office, or in a small rural community, we’re just a click away.
The first session is all about getting to know you. Your therapist will ask about your concerns, goals, and anything else you’d like to share. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions and get a feel for whether it’s the right fit. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—this is a starting point, not a test.
That’s completely normal. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if it’s your first time. We believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and empowering. You can always book a consultation or send us a message first—we’re here to support you at your own pace.
