A Bit About Cassandra
People come to therapy for many reasons, and whatever your reason for seeking therapy, we can figure it out together. My goal is to make your experience in therapy as comfortable as possible. I am confident that I can help you get to where you want to be heading, or give you the space you need to talk it out, heal, and grow. From supporting people living with challenges associated with anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity, gender, sexuality, and disabilities, I am dedicated to providing services to individuals in need.

Our first session will be focused on getting to know you, your history, and what path led you to coming to therapy. Then, I use different modalities including parts work (IFS), narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in order to help you achieve your goals.

I am able to provide therapy in American Sign Language (ASL) as well.

I am passionate about working with individuals to provide accessible mental health care. I offer a safe, inviting, confidential, and professional space where a therapeutic relationship can begin.
