
I’m a compassionate mental health professional dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change. I support people navigating challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and grounded in genuine connection. Together, we explore the underlying factors contributing to current struggles, build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of managing life’s challenges. My approach is warm, approachable, and tailored to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based practices, and person-centred care.
Having been sober from alcohol since 2011, I also bring lived experience and a deep understanding of the recovery journey into my work. I understand how vulnerable and personal healing can be, and I strive to meet every client with empathy, compassion, and hope.
Whether you are working toward sobriety, improving relationships, setting healthier boundaries, managing stress, rebuilding confidence, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I am here to support you at a pace that feels comfortable and realistic for you.
